Dr. Richard Broussard, a 1981 graduate of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, started Broussard Veterinary Clinic in August of 1986 on Ambassador Caffery Parkway in Lafayette, Louisiana. It was known then as Ambassador Veterinary Clinic. After eight years, Dr. Broussard moved to the present location on Broadmoor Boulevard to enable him to build a larger facility where he could expand his services.
Dr. Trish Marullo, a 1999 graduate of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, has been practicing with Dr. Broussard since April 2005. Dr. Marullo is in the Association of Avian Veterinarians. She has six years of extensive clinical experience, including three years as a Captain in the United States Army Veterinary Corps.
